Good Inside Parenting Support Group

Local therapist Elizabeth Bohan, LCPC, is returning with the Good Inside Parenting Support Group!

This therapeutic support group will run for 6 weeks starting October 2. Discussions will be based on the first 10 chapters of the book Good Inside by Dr. Becky Kennedy.

The cost for the 6-week session is $85 for SHIFT members ($100 for non-members). Onsite babysitting for ages 1.5-6 years is included.
