Mamas’ Health & Wellness Fair at SHIFT Work + Play
A free community afternoon for parents and caregivers of young children
Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 11 AM to 2 PM for our first Mamas’ Health & Wellness Fair — a curated afternoon of resources, connection, and community for parents and caregivers of children from birth through early elementary school.
Whether you’re deep in the baby days, navigating toddlerhood, or watching your child head toward kindergarten, this fair is designed to support you — your health, your wellbeing, and your growth as a parent.
What to expect:
- 🛍 Browse exhibitor tables featuring trusted local Frederick County practitioners and organizations in mental health, nutrition, fitness, bodywork, early childhood education, and community support
- 💬 Attend a free Mama Wellness Session — short, expert-led talks in our meeting room throughout the afternoon
- 🎨 Kids’ activities in the Playroom, including art, yoga, and story time with the Frederick County Public Libraries
- 🎁 Raffle and door prizes contributed by our exhibitors
Admission is free. Kids are welcome. All caregivers and families are invited.
