Growing up, Matthew (Matt) had a passion for both technology and problem-solving, which led him to where he is today—helping government agencies navigate complex IT challenges. As Chief Technology Officer at DIOS Tech, he leads strategic planning and resource alignment to ensure mission success for federal clients. His team specializes in cybersecurity, software development, and systems engineering, tailoring solutions to the unique regulatory and security needs of government agencies.
Matt takes pride in the impact of his work, knowing that by helping federal customers optimize budgets and enhance security, his company contributes to both taxpayer value and national progress. One standout achievement? DIOS recently assisted a high-impact federal agency in a cybersecurity review, earning them the highest score received by any federal agency to date.
Matt and his team joined SHIFT Work + Play for the flexibility and support it provides. Whether it’s extra office space during high-demand periods or the convenience of on-site babysitting services, SHIFT has been an invaluable asset in helping DIOS remain agile in a fast-paced industry.
When he’s not working, Matt enjoys exploring all that Frederick has to offer—from hiking in the nearby mountains to grabbing a Reuben sandwich at Showroom or celebrating company milestones over a beer at RAK Brewing Co.
