Founder and Owner

Megan is a Frederick County-based working parent with two kids under 10 and over a decade of experience as a lawyer and lobbyist for nonprofit organizations in Washington, D.C.  Winner of the “Idea Stage” of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce’s 2022 SHE Pitch competition, Megan now serves the Chamber as an Ambassador and a member of the Women in Business Committee. In her spare time, Megan is a therapeutic horseback riding instructor and enjoys exploring Frederick County’s wonderful trails, parks and libraries with her family.

Madison Kincaid holds a degree in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College and joined SHIFT Work + Play with experience working in childcare throughout college. She enjoys creating a fun, creative, and safe environment for all playroom guests. Down the road, Madison plans to continue her education in School-based Occupational Therapy so she can continue to make a difference in young lives. She loves the beach, her dog Apple, and spending time with her family and friends.
