Founder and Owner

Megan is a Frederick County-based working parent with two kids under 10 and over a decade of experience as a lawyer and lobbyist for nonprofit organizations in Washington, D.C.  Winner of the “Idea Stage” of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce’s 2022 SHE Pitch competition, Megan now serves the Chamber as an Ambassador and a member of the Women in Business Committee. In her spare time, Megan is a therapeutic horseback riding instructor and enjoys exploring Frederick County’s wonderful trails, parks and libraries with her family.

Elizabeth completed her Associate Degree in Human Services and aims to become a Social Worker. She has always enjoyed connecting with people and making a positive impact in their lives. Born and raised in Peru, she takes pride in her cultural background and enjoys sharing her story—especially when people notice her accent and ask about it. She prefers to be called “Ellie”, as it is shorter and sounds more approachable. Ellie is always open to listening to others, learning new skills, and developing both personally and professionally.
